Liz goes to a store and buys a vintage tabletop game. Upon returning home and opening the box, she is teleported to a fantasy world where she is greeted by a goddess of muscles; the goddess tasks her with finding the “futanari goddess” and then departs
Liz doesn’t understand what has happened, but suddenly she undergoes a transformation: she grows muscles, her breasts and buttocks enlarge, and her clothes tear.

Liz explains what happened, and Emily understands; now, both of them must find the futanari goddess and escape the place
Both will face various challenges and make great strides before encountering the Futanari goddess; upon finding her, they decide to stay in the fantasy world for a few more days after their long journey
After a grand adventure, both are teleported to the real world, unaware that a new adventure has just begun for Liz and Emily in their new bodies

This doesn’t explain how they get to the Fantasy world in question, and it doesn’t explain if they have any Fantasy archetypes to pick from before heading into the new world on their quest. What sort of archetypes will the two find as options? What will they choose? What do their selections mean for them when they cross over into this new setting they are given a quest within?
These are all things that should be thought about, and questions that should be asked given the summary kind of stopped short of explaining any of those questions
