Its an open concept and the setting of wonderland does lend itself to alot of potential fun. Though I have seen it used a few times.
Is the premise just going to be Alex chasing the white rabbit trying to get laid with her, its not bad but what prevents him from getting sidetracked by any other hottie he encounters along the way.
Perhaps Alex does catch the rabbit early on, but ends up losing his manhood in the sexual exchange, making Alex become Alice, chasing the rabbit looking to reclaim his manhood, trying other potential remedies offered by the residence along the way but only becoming more feminie or perhaps even growing animal features of her own. With the ending being Alice regains his manhood, but also keeps his new enhanced female body making him a herm, which he is fine with as the locals seem to appreciate his dual nature and he likes teh dual orgasms having both a penis and vagina grant him. Though perhaps wishing he had been more careful in his earlier sexual escapades as he finds the pregnancy that he is nearly full term with a little less thrilling.
Well..the basic idea I have in mind is this:
Alex follows a female rabbit who falls down the hole and turns into a female version of him (Alex is Alice’s male name which is why I picked it). The cookies and the bottle of “Eat Me” and “Drink Me” would induce 1 to have a better body and the other to have bigger breasts.
Then, following the general structure of the book, I would have “Alice” meet the main characters where she would have a hot talk and sex until she reached the Queen of Hearts where she would dethrone her and with the powers of the cookie and the bottle and her beauty that would conquer the card soldiers she would become the queen of Wonderland ruling the land.
Its not a bad concept but as I laid out before it does sort of leave the character motivation up in the air. Alice in the original story was mostly being led by her own curiosity, Alex once he becomes female one would think would freak out and primarily be looking for a way back out of wonderland and back to normal which would then become his motivation. Curiosity about his new body could follow as you stated as he meets other residents, perhaps trading with his new body favors to try and gain aid or knowledge to get back to normal or back to Earth.
If you want Alice to dethrone the Red Queen would it work best that she seduces the King then, who takes her for his Queen in place of the aging original Red Queen. Unless your plan is for a giant Alice to be serviced by the Queens whole army before turning them to her side.
One could even hint that the Red Queen was so hostile to Alice because the King sends the white rabbit out whenever he tires of a Queen, and this is a cycle of him replacing his Queen in this manner.
Following the rabbit would be the same: Curiosity and turning into a woman and getting scared I don’t think it matters much… in the book Alice falls down a rabbit hole where she sees things, turns into a giant and is never seen scared.
After all, on this website the important thing is to get excited, get horny and have fun with transformations and hot bodies… motivations are somewhat secondary here in my opinion.
