Okay, I see how it works now. I think that indicator that is now chapters used to show pages, so the change confused me. One thing to note: Using any browser on my ipad or iphone, once you view several pages the browser won’t show any more pages of any of your stories. I have to completely hard kill the browser and restart it to get pages to appear again. I used to just be able to click a chapter directly. Is there any way to do that with the new design? Because having to flip through the chapters to get to the current one invariably causes the problem I’m talking about.
Hi! We are aware of the issues on iPad and iPhone. Loading a huge PDF file with a lot of pages consumes a lot of your devices power. That’s why we choose to show chapters instead of the complete series file by default. We will be improving the stramer in the next weeks. The chapter arrows (formerly a page changer) will be replaced by a combobox/select so you can “jump” between chapters. We are focused on improving all UX. We not there still much room for improvements but we will apply them soon 😉
